When people hear the language prehistory explained, many of them think automatically when it comes to secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science etc and so forth. However, in this post we will look at Ancient Mysteries in a non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but merely in terms of solving them along with what impact this might have on our world and society. In order to do this we must look at those mysteries as exactly what the really are: Mysteries! Anything, nothing less.

The very first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, just isn't to pay to much attention to any theories or any other far out explanations. We just use sound judgment as to what can be done and what not. Only the facts, that it is mystery. Obviously in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it is based on evidence and discoveries. In this post we will not too much effort on actually solving any mysteries, but rather we will look at what the effect on society would be, if any of these mysteries could be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a fair doubt, that there are simple, right down to earth explanation to that mystery. In a few follow up articles, we'll look at some individual mysteries in more detail, but for now, we'll deal with the overall possible advantages of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's see what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in reality there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and goes from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, now the question is, how all this translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here it is. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments around the globe. Most of the time in remote regions, and then there weren't even any building materials available plus it was also unattainable to grow food for the work force, and the stone blocks needed to be transported time for a huge selection of miles to obtain them to the construction site. The disagreement is about the HOW this all was being done. Yes, the archeologist are finding some evidence that suggest that it was finished with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and also the project took decades to accomplish.. Not to mention the precise stone cutting and fitting.

However, this doesn't seem to explain all the aspects of those massive construction projects, perfectly. There might have already been something else taking place, something we have been missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not going to investigate the mysteries themselves, but instead the impact it would have, if any of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Can you imagine what are the discovery of your new transportation technology would do to our society? No longer about standard fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so forth. The transportation industry will be revolutionized. As well as the instant cleaner air that individuals would be breathing. You have to the stone cutting technology. No more blasting of tunnels and roadways, along with mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could be cut nicely, and also smoothly away from the mountains or other terrain. No more dust, no more blast debris, gentler for the environment with no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway would be made much simpler and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which in turn would create jobs and investment. Just what the economy needs. I assume by now it is pretty obvious, the solving of merely one ancient mystery have a great positive influence on our society as well as on our planet as a whole. It would make go on earth so much better. As there are so many mysteries and secrets available, one can only imagine what sort of changes could be brought about. Of course, if it turns out, that all those mysteries have simply easy, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! A minimum of the mystery is solved.
