When people hear what prehistory, most of them think automatically with regards to secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science etc and so forth. However, in this post we will examine Ancient Mysteries in the non bias and other way. Neither pro nor con, but simply in terms of solving them and what impact this might have on our planet and society. To carry out this we have to look at those mysteries as what the really are: Mysteries! No more, nothing less.

The very first thing we want to do, when looking at mysteries, isn't to pay to much attention to any theories or another far out explanations. We simply use common sense as to what is possible and what not. Exactly the facts, that it is mystery. Obviously in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction belongs to the process. However, there it is based on hard evidence and discoveries. In the following paragraphs we will not too much effort on actually solving any mysteries, but rather we will examine what the impact on society will be, if any of the mysteries could be solved. By solved, we mean either the invention of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond an acceptable doubt, that there is simple, as a result of earth explanation compared to that mystery. In certain follow up articles, we are going to look at some individual mysteries in more detail, but for now, we'll deal with the overall possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's wait and watch what kind of "categories" of mysteries are actually there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and ranges from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, now the question is, how this all translate into pro or cons for our planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to create their cities and monuments all over the world. Most of the time in remote regions, where there weren't even any building materials available also it was also unattainable to grow food for that work force, as well as the stone blocks had to be transported time for hundreds of miles to obtain them to the construction site. The disagreement is among the HOW all of this was being done. Yes, the archeologist are finding some evidence that declare that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and also the project took decades to perform.. However, this does not seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, very well. There might happen to be something else happening, something we are missing. But, as said before, we are not going to investigate the mysteries themselves, but instead the impact it could have, if any of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Can you imagine exactly what the discovery of your new transportation technology would do to our society? No longer about fossil fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads etc. The transportation industry will be revolutionized. Not forgetting the instant cleaner air that we would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. No more blasting of tunnels and roadways, along with mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could be cut nicely, clean and smoothly outside the mountains or any other terrain. You can forget dust, no more blast debris, gentler towards the environment with no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway could be made much easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which would create jobs and investment. Precisely what the economy needs. I guess by now it's pretty obvious, the solving of a single ancient mystery have a great positive impact on our society and also on our planet overall. It would make live on earth a lot better. As there are so many mysteries and secrets on the market, one can only imagine what type of changes could possibly be brought about. Of course, if it turns out, that most those mysteries have simply easy, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! At least the mystery is solved.
