When folks hear the words prehistory, a lot of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so on and so forth. However, in the following paragraphs we will examine Ancient Mysteries in a non bias and different way. Neither pro nor con, but simply in terms of solving them and what impact this would have on the planet and society. To do this we must look at those mysteries as exactly what the really are: Mysteries! Nothing more, nothing less.

First thing we want to do, when looking at mysteries, is not to pay to much focus on any theories or any other far out explanations. We simply use good sense as to what is achievable and what not. Exactly the facts, that it's a mystery. Obviously in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction belongs to the process. However, there it's based on incriminating evidence and discoveries. In this article we will not too much time on actually solving any mysteries, but rather we will examine what the impact on society would be, if any of these mysteries would be solved. By solved, we mean either the invention of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there is simple, as a result of earth explanation to that particular mystery. In certain follow up articles, we will look at some individual mysteries in depth, but for now, we are going to deal with the overall possible great things about solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's wait and watch what kind of "categories" of mysteries are actually there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and ranges from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, the actual question is, how all this translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here it is. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments around the world. Most of the time in remote regions, where there weren't even any building materials available plus it was also close to impossible to grow food for the work force, as well as the stone blocks needed to be transported time for countless miles to get them to the building site. The disagreement is one of the HOW all of this was being done. Yes, the archeologist have found some evidence that claim that it was finished with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and also the project took decades to accomplish.. Not to mention the actual stone cutting and fitting.

However, this does not seem to explain every one of the aspects of those massive construction projects, perfectly. There might have already been something else taking place, something we have been missing. But, as mentioned previously, we are not likely to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it could have, or no of those alternative technology theories will be proven right. Can you imagine what the discovery of your new transportation technology would caused by our society? You can forget about fossil fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so forth. The transportation industry could be revolutionized. As well as the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. The same goes for the stone cutting technology. Forget about blasting of tunnels and roadways, along with mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels might be cut nicely, neat and smoothly outside the mountains or other terrain. No more dust, no more blast debris, gentler towards the environment with no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing with the roadway would be made much easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which often would create jobs and investment. Just what the economy needs. I assume by now it's pretty obvious, the solving of just one ancient mystery have a great positive influence on our society as well as on our planet as a whole. It would make go on earth a lot better. As there are so many mysteries and secrets out there, one can only imagine what kind of changes might be brought about. And if it turns out, that those mysteries have simply straight forward, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! A minimum of the mystery is solved.
