When people hear the language prehistoric mysteries, most of them think automatically with regards to secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science and so forth and so forth. However, in this post we will examine Ancient Mysteries in a non bias and various way. Neither pro nor con, but in terms of solving them and just what impact this could have on our world and society. To carry out this we need to look at those mysteries as exactly what the really are: Mysteries! Nothing more, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when viewing mysteries, isn't to pay to much focus on any theories or another far out explanations. We merely use good sense as to what is possible and what not. Only the facts, that it's a mystery. Needless to say in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it's based on hard evidence and discoveries. In this post we will not too much time on actually solving any mysteries, but instead we will examine what the impact on society will be, if any of these mysteries will be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that there is simple, down to earth explanation compared to that mystery. In a few follow up articles, we'll look at some individual mysteries in greater detail, but for now, we are going to deal with the entire possible benefits of solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's see what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in fact there. Well, the number is a pretty wide one and ranges from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy plus more. So, the question is, how this all translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to construct their cities and monuments around the world. Most of the time in remote regions, and then there weren't even any building materials available plus it was also hard to grow food for your work force, and the stone blocks had to be transported some time for countless miles to obtain them to the building site. The disagreement is about the HOW all of this was being done. Yes, the archeologist have discovered some evidence that claim that it was all done with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man as well as the project took decades to perform.. Not to mention the actual stone cutting and fitting.

However, this does not seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, well. There might have been something else happening, something we're missing. But, as said before, we are not planning to investigate the mysteries themselves, but alternatively the impact it would have, if any of those alternative technology theories could be proven right. Are you able to imagine what are the discovery of your new transportation technology would do to our society? You can forget about fossil fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads and so on. The transportation industry will be revolutionized. As well as the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. You have to the stone cutting technology. Forget about blasting of tunnels and roadways, in addition to mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could be cut nicely, clean and smoothly outside the mountains or any other terrain. No more dust, no more blast debris, gentler for the environment with no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway would be made much simpler and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which in turn would create jobs and investment. Precisely what the economy needs. I suppose by now it really is pretty obvious, the solving of a single ancient mystery will have a great positive influence on our society and on our planet as a whole. It would make survive earth a lot better. Because there are so many mysteries and secrets available, one can only imagine what kind of changes could be brought about. And when it turns out, that most those mysteries have simply straight forward, down to earth, explanations in the end? So what! No less than the mystery is solved.
